PFERD segmented type DS diamond cutting discs are a multipurpose edged tool for aggressive and fast cutting of an assortment of different types of construction materials. Depending on the blade you chose, they can be used on angle grinders of multiple output categories and multiple tools drives eg. An angle grinder, Petrol cutter, Table saw and also Joint cutter. The maximum RPM is dependent on the size of the disc.

The gaps between the segments are called gullets. The gullets are there to improve the airflow, dissipate heat and remove slurry, helping to maintain the cutting performance of the blade.
