A Shape 1/4" Shank Aluminium Oxide - Pink - M Hardness A11 6.3 ADW 30 M 5 V
Mounted points in hardness M are manufactured from a grain mix of tough, dark red and easy-to-break-down, white aluminium oxide in a vitrified bond. This grain combination leads to a good balance between stock removal rate and tool life. The hardness M is the most universally used bond for work on steel and cast steel.

- High abrasion and stock removal rate in multi-purpose use on steel materials
- Shortened grinding times and thus cost savings due to the high stock removal rate
- Especially suitable for work on surfaces and edges
Application examples:
- Grinding of high-speed steel (HSS) components
- Weld dressing on steel constructions
Recommendations for use:
- Mounted points of hardness M achieve their best performance at a cutting speed of 30 to 50 m/s
- Flexible shafts, electric grinders and airpowered straight grinders are suitable as tool drives
