Regulator end flashback arrestors are safety devices fitted to the outlet of a regulator. They incorporate a number of features designed to protect upstream equipment from damage in the event of a flashback or sustained burn back. Of importance, all regulator end models incorporate a thermal cut-off valve as a failsafe, to shut off the flow of gas, eliminating the fire.
